Myofascial Release

Fascia is a fluid matrix of connective tissue throughout the body that provides shape and stability to our musculoskeletal system while also helping to protect our organs and nerves. Myofascial Release is a hands on technique aimed to gently facilitate the healthy flow and organization of fascia and relieve any restrictions that can develop from trauma, exercise, and injury. Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a surprisingly powerful technique focusing on the soft tissues and fluids surrounding the brain, spine and sacrum. It is a light touch modality that uses subtle and precise pressure to alleviate fascia restrictions and support healthy cerebrospinal fluid flow. CST can be a very effective option for addressing headaches, pelvic floor dysfunction, and a frazzled nervous system. Sessions are typically clothed but it can also be worked into general myofascial work.
Visceral Manipulation

Visceral Manipulation is a soft tissue technique developed by John Pierre Barral to support the healthy movement and function of visceral organs. Very gentle pressure is applied to the abdominal cavity, thorax and/or pelvis to soften restrictions in connective tissue and ligaments that can be a sneaky cause of everything from back pain to acid reflux to shoulder pain to constipation. It can also stimulate the vagus nerve and support nervous system regulation.
Buccal Massage

Buccal massage involves addressing restrictions in the jaw and includes intra-oral work, lymphatic flushing of the face, and myofascial work on the neck. It's excellent at reducing TMJ dysfunction, headaches, and retained fluid in the face. Pairs beautifully with Craniosacral Therapy! Sessions are clothed.
Perinatal Massage

Perinatal massage supports women during pregnancy and after delivery. During pregnancy it can provide relief from sciatica, retained fluid, tired legs, and neck pain. All trimesters are welcome, though you must be cleared by your OB if you are considered high risk. After birth the focus shifts to supporting your body while it heals and alleviating pain from breastfeeding. Scar work is also available for c-section births after 6 weeks.
Breath and Mobility

Breath and Mobility sessions focus on restoring healthy core engagement and breathing mechanics while also identifying movement patterns that might be contributing to chronic pain. These sessions are guided by the concepts of Restore Your Core and biotensegrity and are pelvic floor friendly. Sessions are clothed.
