ABOUT SARAH
Sarah graduated from the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage in 2010 with the ambition to work with athletes and those suffering from complicated and chronic muscular pain. Over the past 14 years she has worked with chiropractors and physical therapists, partnered with a triathlon team to support their training, and provided on-site massage at numerous marathons and Ironman triathlons. She has advanced training in massage cupping, myofascial release, prenatal massage, Anatomy Trains and visceral manipulation. A perpetual student, Sarah is constantly studying new techniques to increase her understanding of our very complicated bodies. In 2024 she will be taking classes in visceral manipulation, cranio sacral therapy, biomechanics, and pelvic floor function. By April of 2025 she will have completed Restore Your Core teacher training. As the saying goes, "the more you know the more you realize you don't know anything" and that is certainly true when it comes to our incredible, complex, and often confusing bodies.
